Pantone's 2017 Color of the Year is 'Greenery'

Pantone's 2017 Color of the Year is Greenery. The fresh and zesty yellow-green shade speaks to what is trending across fashion, beauty, and home decor.

Greenery - referred to as 'nature's neutral' by Pantone - is vivid enough to evoke the first days of spring yet versatile enough to lend itself to pastel palettes. The omnipresent hue has been pulled to the forefront and embraced by designers like Balenciaga, Kenzo, Michael Kors, Pucci, and Zac Posen.

Pantone's 2017 Color of the Year selection is also a reflection of the moment: "Greenery provides us with the reassurance we yearn for amid a tumultuous social and political environment. Satisfying our growing desire to rejuvenate and revitalize, Greenery symbolizes the reconnection we seek with nature, one another and a larger purpose."
